What makes 20-minutes Keto Chicken Kebabs healthy?
Keto Chicken kebabs are made of chicken breast, though dry, is the healthiest part of the chicken. This lean protein is an excellent source of amino acids. Using Butter or Ghee to shallow fry the kebabs makes it dripping with these healthy fats, making it keto-friendly making it a healthy choice for your keto diet. This recipe is gluten-free and also does not contain egg.
Ingredients to make 20 minutes Keto Chicken Kebabs
1 lb Chicken Breast, skinless
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Black Pepper, Ground
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Cumin Powder
½ cup Cilantro or Parsley, chopped finely
2 Jalapeno Peppers, chopped finely
1 tbsp Corn Flour
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
Salt (to taste)
2-3 tbsp Butter/Ghee
How to make 20 minute Keto Chicken Kebabs?
Step 1 : Cube up the chicken breast and put it in a blender. Blend to get minced chicken meat for about 1-2 minutes.
Step 2 : Add the rest of the ingredients to the ground chicken breast and give it a good, thorough mix.
Step 3 : To shape the kebabs, you can use skewer sticks or just the palm of your hands. Take a hefty amount of the kebab mix and shape around the skewers or just using your hands, works either way! These kebabs shrink when exposed to heat so shape them a tad bigger than what you desire your outcome to be.
Step 4 : To a pan, add butter or ghee till the surface of the pan is completely soaked with it and put it over medium heat.
Step 5 : Place the kebabs on the pan, 5 minutes on one side and 2-3 on the other.
Step 6 : Don’t let the kebabs fry for too long and drizzle them with hot butter/ghee when you take them off the pan so they turn out super juicy!
How to store Keto Chicken Kebabs?
These juicy appetisers can be frozen in a ziplock or an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Just thaw them a little (at least 5 minutes) before popping them on the stove.
