For this low-carb Chicken Fajitas recipe, we will be using Chicken thighs, onions, bell peppers and a few spices. Ingredients to make Low-Carb Chicken Fajitas
4 Chicken Thighs
1 Large Onion, thinly sliced
2 Bell Peppers, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Paprika Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper, ground
Lemon
Salt (to taste)
Oil (to sauté)
How to make Low-Carb Chicken Fajitas
Step 1 : Wash and clean the chicken thighs and cut to obtain thin, long slices.
Step 2 : Marinade with the above spices and put it aside.
Step 3 : Thinly slice the bell peppers and onions.
Step 4 : In a cast iron skillet or a large pan, add some oil and put marinated chicken in it.
Step 5 : When the chicken is almost done, add the sliced onions and let it soften on medium heat.
Step 6 : Turn up the heat to high and let the vegetables and the chicken char a little.
Step 7 : Once everything is nicely cooked, squeeze a little lemon and serve it up!
